  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice

    Roll chicken pieces in flour. Brown in butter in skillet. Remove chicken to ovenproof dish and cover. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
