- 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken or turkey
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Saute chicken or turkey, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients, except rice; bring to a boil.

3Stir in rice; remove from heat.

4Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

5Makes 4 servings.
