- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
Directions

1Brown chicken pieces in 1/4 c. butter.

2Stir soup, seasonings and water into pan drippings.

3Cook and stir to boiling.

4Spread rice in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

5Pour all but 1/3 cup of the soup mixture over the rice.

6Stir to moisten.

7Top with chicken and remaining soup.

8Bake covered at 375° for 30 minutes.
