- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. white wine
- ham slices
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Pound chicken.

3Spread with butter and set aside.

4Blend 3/4 cup butter, parsley, thyme and marjoram in saucepan.

5Slice cheese thin.

6Place in center of breasts, add ham; roll.

7Coat in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.

8Arrange in well buttered dish.

9Melt butter mixture and spoon over chicken.

10Bake 20 minutes.

11Pour wine over chicken and bake 15 more minutes.
