  • 3 lg. boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 can water (use the cream of chicken can)
  • 6 pieces ham
  • 6 pieces white American cheese (any cheese of preference is fine)

Directions

    Mix cream of chicken with the water.

    Butterfly the chicken breasts in half.

    Place 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese on each piece of chicken; roll it up and insert toothpicks to keep it from unrolling.

    Pour chicken mixture over the chicken and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
