- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (2 oz.) slice boiled ham or corned beef, cut into strips (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 c. water
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Add chicken and ham; cook and stir for 5 to 8 minutes until chicken is browned.

3Stir in soup, water, beans and mustard.

4Bring to boil.

5Stir in rice and cheese; cover.

6Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

7Fluff with fork and serve.
