  • 4 chicken cutlets, flattened
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • butter

Directions

    Wash and pat dry the cutlets with a paper towel.

    Dip each cutlet into the egg.

    Then dip in the breadcrumbs.

    Put a slice of ham and cheese on each cutlet.

    Roll and secure with a toothpick. Spray pan with Pam.

    Place rolled cutlets in pan with a few thin slices of butter on top.

    Bake at 400° until brown (35 to 40 minutes).

    Serves 4.
