- 4 chicken cutlets, flattened
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- butter
Directions

1Wash and pat dry the cutlets with a paper towel.

2Dip each cutlet into the egg.

3Then dip in the breadcrumbs.

4Put a slice of ham and cheese on each cutlet.

5Roll and secure with a toothpick. Spray pan with Pam.

6Place rolled cutlets in pan with a few thin slices of butter on top.

7Bake at 400° until brown (35 to 40 minutes).

8Serves 4.
