- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1If chicken is not boneless, remove bones and skin.

2Then cut chicken breasts into halves.

3Place chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper.

4Pound with meat mallet or hammer until 1/4-inch thick.

5Place one slice of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up carefully, beginning at narrow end.

6Secure with wooden toothpick.
