- 1 can Niblets corn
- 1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned and finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 6 c. seasoned chicken broth
- 2 oz. sliced cooked ham (1/8-inch thick), finely chopped
Directions

1Have ready canned corn; sprinkle salt and cornstarch over chicken.

2Set aside in small bowl; beat egg whites until foamy. Then beat in the milk; set aside.

3In saucepan, boil chicken broth.

4Add corn; let boil 1 minute.

5Add minced chicken.

6Bring to a boil and let boil 2 minutes.

7Add egg whites and milk.

8Stir and then remove from heat.

9Add ham and serve immediately.
