- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) broiler, boiled and cut into bite size bites
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 or 2 c. broth
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can peas
Directions

1Fry bacon and remove from pan.

2Saute chopped onions and bell peppers in fat.

3Add other ingredients.

4Let cook until thick, adding a little flour if needed.

5After mixture thickens, add peas and mushroom soup and bacon broken into small pieces.

6Let simmer 45 minutes.
