- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 6 drops Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 lb. chicken (boneless and skinless), cut in cubes
- 1 onion, cut in strips
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
Directions

1Brown chicken in oil until done.

2Saute onion and green pepper along with chicken.

3Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
