- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. chopped celery (with leaves)
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 c. diced uncooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 can golden tomato soup with mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

2Place over medium high heat until hot.

3Add onions, celery, green pepper, garlic and carrots.

4Saute until crisp-tender.

5Add tomato soup with mushrooms.

6Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Add chicken.

8Put in slow cooker and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

9Serve over cooked rice sprinkled with parsley.
