- 4 large chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
- 6 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1-2 Tbsp. Creole spice
Directions

1Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a 2 qt. casserole dish.

2Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. of Creole spice on top of butter.

3(I prefer Konriko brand.)

4Mix together cooked rice, cooked chicken pieces, soup, and 1 - 2 T. of Creole spice.

5Pour on top of spiced butter.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

7Serves 8.
