- 3 Egg Beaters
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2/3 c. flour
Directions

1Beat Egg Beaters and milk together.

2Add flour and beat well. Let the batter stand, but beat again before cooking.

3Heat a crepe pan or a small nonstick pan until hot.

4Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan.

5Tilt the pan to coat the whole bottom. Cook about 1 minute or until the underside is lightly brown. Turn the crepe and brown the other side for about 10 to 20 seconds. Remove and cool before filling. This should make about 15 crepes.
