- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cooled
- 1 can asparagus, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. cooking sherry
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Sliver chicken.

2Make chicken gravy mix as directed, except use asparagus juice for 1/4 of the liquid.

3To chicken gravy, add lemon pepper, sherry, salt and pepper.

4Cook until thick.

5Add mayonnaise and stir until well blended.

6Make crepes by favorite recipe.

7To a crepe, add a little slivered chicken, a stalk or two of asparagus and 1 tablespoon gravy mix.

8Fold crepe over and lay in long baking dish.

9Pour remaining gravy over crepes.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under broiler in oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbly.
