- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Blend broth into soup in a 2-quart casserole.

2Mix in remaining ingredients but save 1/2 cup of the noodles.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining noodles crushed over the top.
