  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and halved
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • sprinkle of freshly ground pepper

Directions

    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix soup and sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.

    Pour over chicken.

    Place crumbled crackers over all. Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
