- 6 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and halved
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- sprinkle of freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix soup and sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.

3Pour over chicken.

4Place crumbled crackers over all. Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until it bubbles.

6Makes about 12 servings.
