- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
- 1 large chicken roaster, cut up
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.

2Dip chicken parts in soup mix, then roll chicken in stuffing mix. Place in baking dish.

3Pour butter over chicken.

4Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

5Combine balance of soup and milk and heat thoroughly. Pour over chicken just before serving.
