- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 c. herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix, finely crushed
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.

2Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.

3Place in shallow baking dish.

4Drizzle butter on chicken.

5Bake for 1 hour in 400° oven.

6Combine remaining soup and milk; heat.
