  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 c. herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix, finely crushed
  • 2 lb. chicken parts
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.

    Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.

    Place in shallow baking dish.

    Drizzle butter on chicken.

    Bake for 1 hour in 400° oven.

    Combine remaining soup and milk; heat.

    May serve over chicken.
