  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 lb. chicken parts
  • 1 c. seasoned stuffing
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix 1/3 cup mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.

    Place in shallow baking dish.

    Pour butter on chicken. Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and milk in dregs of first mixture.

    Heat, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over chicken or in gravy boat.
