- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.

2Place in shallow baking dish.

3Pour butter on chicken. Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and milk in dregs of first mixture.

4Heat, stirring occasionally.

5Serve over chicken or in gravy boat.
