- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 6 1/2 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch or box broccoli
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix in first five ingredients for sauce.

2Boil chicken and cut into pieces.

3Clean and cut broccoli or use frozen package, thawed.

4Stir-fry broccoli.

5Mix chicken, broccoli and sauce.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake for 1/2 hour in 9 x 12-inch pan at 375°.
