  • 1 whole chicken, cut up in pieces if desired
  • 2 tomatoes (fresh)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 c. onion, cut up
  • potatoes, diced (large)
  • 1 container sour cream or 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 whole green chiles

Directions

    Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes in frypan.

    Add chicken pieces.

    Cook until brown and add sour cream or coconut milk.

    Add water to make substance.

    Add curry powder and salt.

    Cook until done.

    May add 4 Doritos green chiles, if desired (optional).

    For best results, cook in crock-pot.
