- 2 tomatoes (fresh)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 c. onion, cut up
- potatoes, diced (large)
- 1 container sour cream or 2 cans coconut milk
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- salt to taste
- 4 whole green chiles
Directions

1Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes in frypan.

2Add chicken pieces.

3Cook until brown and add sour cream or coconut milk.

4Add water to make substance.

5Add curry powder and salt.

6Cook until done.

7May add 4 Doritos green chiles, if desired (optional).
