- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.

2Pour into an 8 x 11-inch glass baking dish.

3Melt butter and mix in crushed crackers.

4Set aside.

5Bake casserole at 350° for 20

6minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle crushed crackers over top.

7Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.

8Serve hot.
