Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.

    Pour into an 8 x 11-inch glass baking dish.

    Melt butter and mix in crushed crackers.

    Set aside.

    Bake casserole at 350° for 20
  6. 6
    minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle crushed crackers over top.

    Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.

    Serve hot.
