Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen peas, cook 3 minutes and drain
  • 4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. croutons

Directions

    Layer peas and chicken.

    Combine and mix soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, curry powder and cheese.

    Pour over chicken and peas. Top with croutons.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or so.

    Serve with rice, Chinese noodles or plain.

    Can be frozen.
