- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cooking onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 (9 ounce) can pineapple, crushed or tidbits
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 chicken, bullion cubes
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
Directions

1Chop chicken into bite sized pieces or bigger.

2Fry onion in butter and curry powder.

3Add flour mixed with water,pineapple,lemon juice and ginger powder.

4Add chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.

5Serve over rice or penne pasta.

6I like to add some green or red pepper to the onions and fry together.
