Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 broilers or 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. honey

Directions

    Cut up broilers, if using wings, remove tips, cut wings in half.

    Mix the other ingredients with the melted butter.

    Dip chicken in the mixture.

    Place in greased pan.

    Bake 1 hour or more in 375° oven.

    You may use the tips to make soup stock if you wish.

    Serve with rice and vegetables for dinner.

    The wings can be used as hors d'oeuvres with a beverage or cocktails.
