- 2 broilers or 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Cut up broilers, if using wings, remove tips, cut wings in half.

2Mix the other ingredients with the melted butter.

3Dip chicken in the mixture.

4Place in greased pan.

5Bake 1 hour or more in 375° oven.

6You may use the tips to make soup stock if you wish.

7Serve with rice and vegetables for dinner.

8The wings can be used as hors d'oeuvres with a beverage or cocktails.
