- 2 lb. chicken breasts (4 to 7)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 4 c. water
- 4 little green peppers (don't cut open)
- 1 inch stick cinnamon
- 8 cloves
- 6 cardamon seed
- salt to taste
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 1/2 c. rice
- 5 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Boil chicken with onion, celery and salt; debone.

2Saute onions, garlic and green peppers in butter.

3Stir constantly, then add tomato paste and water.

4Add chicken; cook about 20 minutes. Keep chicken broth.
