- 1/2 c. finely chopped Bermuda or green onions
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. diced chicken
Directions

1Brown onions and celery in oil.

2Blend in flour and broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

3Add juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

4Add chicken; heat thoroughly.

5Serve over cooked rice.
