  • 1/2 c. finely chopped Bermuda or green onions
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 c. diced chicken

Directions

    Brown onions and celery in oil.

    Blend in flour and broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

    Add juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

    Add chicken; heat thoroughly.
