- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 or 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- rice (enough for a meal)
Directions

1Precook chicken with salt and pepper in small amount of water. Bone chicken.

2Break it up and dice it.

3Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, green pepper, celery, garlic and lemon juice.

4Cook until tender.

5Add chicken and stir.

6Then add to curry sauce. Serve over hot rice.
