- 1 c. sliced chicken breasts
- 2 c. coconut milk or light cream
- 2 Tbsp. green curry paste
- 1 c. sweet peas (frozen)
- 2 green chillies, cut lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir-fry green curry paste for 1 minute. Add chicken and nampla. Stir-fry until chicken is done. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add sweet peas and green chillies.

2Stir a few times.

3Remove from heat.
