- 4 chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Raw Cachews
- 1 Fresh Red Chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Curry paste
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Directions

1Heat half the oil in a wok over a medium heat, add cashews & stir fry for 4 minutes or until golden.

2Remove from wok & set aside.

3Heat remaining oil in wok over a high heat, add chicken & Rosemary & stir fry for 4 minutes or until chicken is brown.

4Add Chili, Sugar, Curry paste, lime juice and Worcestershire and oyster sauces.

5Return cashews to wok and stir fry for 5 minutes.
