- 2 pie crusts, cut into 1/4 's
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 diced onion
- 14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Saute onions in oil until tender. Add garlic and ginger and saute 30 sec.

2Add spices and stir together. Add tomatoes and 1/2 c water. Stir.

3Add chicken and cook through.

4Done when the water is cooked out.

5Put 2 T of meat on ea. piece of pie crust. fold over and seal.

6Bake at 400 for 10-12 minute.
