- chicken cutlets
- about 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sherry or white wine
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Place cutlets in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Grate the Swiss cheese over chicken.

3Mix the soup and sherry or white wine.

4Sprinkle the stuffing mix over all.

5Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles and a vegetable (or vegetable casserole).
