  • chicken cutlets
  • about 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sherry or white wine
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Place cutlets in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Grate the Swiss cheese over chicken.

    Mix the soup and sherry or white wine.

    Sprinkle the stuffing mix over all.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles and a vegetable (or vegetable casserole).
