- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley, cooked without salt
Directions

1In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.

2Remove; pour off fat.

3In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.

4Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook over low heat until chicken is no longer pink.

5Serve with rice.
