- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 slices fat-free processed Swiss cheese sandwich slices
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Pound chicken pieces until very thin and double in size. Spread with Dijon and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.

2Roll up chicken with inside and secure with a toothpick.

3Dip into egg whites and roll in crumbs.

4Brown briefly in sprayed nonstick pan. Place in an ovenproof dish.

5Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 4.
