- 4 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless or bone-in
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet over high heat, brown sesame seed until toasted and light colored.

2Pour sesame seed into a small bowl and mix in honey, sherry, mustard and lemon juice.

3Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over all.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes (boneless) or 40 to 45 minutes (bone-in).

5Turn chicken once or baste with sauce several times while baking.
