- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Melt butter in a skillet, add breasts and cook until lightly brown (but done).

2Remove chicken.

3Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

4Add broth and milk.

5Stir and cook until thickens and bubbles.

6Stir in mustard.

7Return chicken.

8Cover and heat 10 minutes.

9Serve with rice.
