  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

    Melt butter in a skillet, add breasts and cook until lightly brown (but done).

    Remove chicken.

    Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

    Add broth and milk.

    Stir and cook until thickens and bubbles.

    Stir in mustard.

    Return chicken.

    Cover and heat 10 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
