- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. bow tie pasta
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1In a heavy skillet, brown onions and garlic in olive oil. Strain out onions and garlic; save.

2In the same oil brown chicken breasts and cook until juice runs clear.

3(You can cut chicken breasts in smaller pieces.)

4Remove chicken; return onions and garlic.

5Add chicken bouillon and Dijon mustard.

6Cook until simmering.

7Thicken with flour.

8(Mix flour and a little water until smooth; then add.)

9Return chicken and heat through.

10Serve over favorite pasta.
