- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 cake yeast
Directions

1Crumble yeast in sour cream.

2Beat the egg yolks.

3Add cream, then mix with flour mixture.

4Knead ingredients to form a ball. Roll out in circles; fill with a nut filling.

5Bake 8 minutes in 350° oven.

6Brush with egg yolk and return to oven to bake 10 minutes more.
