- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 5 large chicken cutlets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- cornflake crumbs
- 1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar
Directions

1Place broccoli spears across bottom of 18 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 1/2-inch pan.

2Cut cutlets in half and place them flat on top of broccoli.

3Mix soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice and pour over chicken and broccoli.

4Top with cornflakes.

5Grate cheese over casserole.

6Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours.

7Serve over rice. Serves 5.
