Chicken Divan

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 6 boned chicken breasts, cooked
  • garlic salt
  • butter
  • 1/4 c. American cheese, grated
  • toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. or more cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry
  • paprika
  • 4 tuna steaks (roughly 8 oz. each; less if you like less fish)
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. Dijon mustard (I use Grey Poupon)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. shallots, chopped finely
  • 2 large cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh dill, cut finely, or 2 tsp. dried dill

    Wash and dry tuna.

    Cut off any skin and the dark meat (will be considerably darker than the rest of the tuna).

    In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir together.

    In a flat container, coat both sides of tuna generously with all the marinade; cover and refrigerate overnight.
