- 10 inch skillet cooked corn bread
- 1 lg onion
- 1 sm onion
- 1 T butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 T sage
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2Remove from broth.

3Chop large onion and boil in broth until tender.

4Combine into broth, deboned chicken, crumbled corn bread, chopped small onion, eggs, sage, salt, pepper and butter.

5Pour into greased baking dish.

6Bake at 400 F until hot and brown, then at 300 F until done.
