Ingredients

  • 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan cooked cornbread
  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 4 c. broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 envelopes Herb-Ox chicken seasoning
  • margarine
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together real well except margarine.

    Put in baking dish and top with margarine.
  3. 3
    Bake at 325° for at least an hour (onion needs to fully cook).
  4. 4
    You can saute onion before adding and bake only about 1/2 the original time.
