- 2 medium pans corn bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- broth from cooked giblets or 1 whole chicken
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Crumble corn bread into small pieces.

2Add onions, celery, black pepper and sage; mix well.

3Add broth or debone chicken enough to moisten well.

4Add beaten eggs to mixture.

5Bake in 350° oven until done.
