  • 2 medium pans corn bread
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • broth from cooked giblets or 1 whole chicken
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • salt to taste
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Crumble corn bread into small pieces.

    Add onions, celery, black pepper and sage; mix well.

    Add broth or debone chicken enough to moisten well.

    Add beaten eggs to mixture.

    Bake in 350° oven until done.
