Chicken Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 c. crumbled corn bread
• 4 c. crumbled biscuit bread or loaf
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
• 3 eggs, well beaten
• 1 large onion, chopped fine
• 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
• 1/2 c. butter or margarine
• 1 tsp. sage
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. baking powder
• about 4 c. chicken stock (more if needed to make it real moist)
