  • 1 skillet cornbread
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • hen or fryer broth (use as much as needed to keep it smooth)

Directions

    Saute the celery and onion.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Pour all together.

    Put in an iron skillet or baking pan.
