Ingredients

  • 2 -3 cups sprouted chickpeas
  • 1 cup raw unsalted tahini
  • 3 lemons, juice of
  • 9 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 12 teaspoons real salt
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.

    Add more lemon and olive oil if too dry.

    Notes: can use 2 cans of garbanzo beans.

    (1 C dry chickpeas makes 3-4 C sprouted).
