- 2 -3 cups sprouted chickpeas
- 1 cup raw unsalted tahini
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 9 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 12 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 12 teaspoons real salt
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.

2Add more lemon and olive oil if too dry.

3Notes: can use 2 cans of garbanzo beans.

4(1 C dry chickpeas makes 3-4 C sprouted).
