Chicken Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 2 pkg. corn bread Stove Top stuffing
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup plus 1 can water
  • about 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions.

    (I use some of the broth from the chicken for the liquid.) Pour on bottom of a pan 9 x 13 x 2-inches, then top with the chicken.

    Then mix water and soup and pour over the chicken and stuffing.

    Then sprinkle the crushed crackers on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until it is hot, bubbling and a little brown on top.

    I cover it with aluminum foil for 20 minutes and then uncover.

    Can be prepared the day before you plan to use it.
