  • 4 lb. hen, stewed
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (3 slices)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 c. pimento, chopped (about 3 to 4 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Pick meat off bones when cooled.

    If necessary, cut in bite size pieces. Add rest of ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly and pour into a good size casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
