- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. broth
- 1 c. pimento, chopped (about 3 to 4 oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pick meat off bones when cooled.

2If necessary, cut in bite size pieces. Add rest of ingredients.

3Mix thoroughly and pour into a good size casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
