Chicken Elegant

Directions

   Simmer chicken in water until done. Remove meat from bones. Reserve broth. Chop chicken into bite size pieces.

   Toss chicken with sour cream and soup; turn into casserole dish.

   Melt butter in 1 cup of chicken broth.

   Pour broth mixture over stuffing cubes.

   Sprinkle cubes with poultry seasoning and mix until cubes are coated. Pour cubes over chicken and sauce mixture.

   Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
